Established in 1987 in Johannesburg – South Africa, Lintec Engineering has long been providing wear solutions for bulk materials handling. The founder, Eric Olsen, has been involved with wear-resistant materials such as ceramics, carbides and hard metals since 1969. He was responsible for the first alumina ceramic lined pipes in England, Australia and South Africa. It was with this knowledge that Lintec Engineering was formed. Going back West

After 30 odd years of operating from its premises in Kya Sand, Lintec has moved its Head Office to Factoria in Krugersdorp on the Westrand. The re-establishment of the Head Office came about in February 2018. Lintec Head office now occupies workshops in excess of 800m², warehousing facilities of 400m² and two office complexes, offering Steel Fabrication, Wear Lining Installations, Sandblasting and Painting Services. This relocation was welcomed by all employees, with a renewed enthusiasm and sense of pride being experienced by management
